Protection & legacy
Passing wealth on as you intend
Succession planning makes sure your investments, property and business reach the right people with as little delay and dispute as possible. It covers nominations, wills, private family trusts and, for global families, assets in more than one country.
We help you map what you own, how each asset passes on today, and where gaps exist. Wills and trust deeds should be drafted or reviewed by a qualified lawyer.

Questions
Asked often
Is a nomination the same as a will?
No. A nominee receives the asset but may hold it on behalf of the legal heirs; a will decides who ultimately inherits. Both matter.
